To prepare this solution, simply mix both ingredients until the salt is completely dissolved.
Next, place a piece of cotton in the liquid.
Tilt your head slightly upwards and drop a few drops of the solution into your ear.
Maintain this position for a couple of minutes to allow the liquid to penetrate properly.
Then, tilt your head in the opposite direction to drain the solution and any accumulated debris.
2. Hydrogen peroxide (oxygenated water)
What should you do?
- Mix equal parts water and 3% hydrogen peroxide.
- Put a few drops of the mixture into your ear, tilting your head so that it goes inside.
- Leave the solution to work for two minutes, then turn your head to the opposite side to drain any remaining liquid.
3. Vinegar and alcohol
Ingredients
- White vinegar.
- Isopropyl alcohol.
What should you do?
We will need to combine equal parts white vinegar and isopropyl alcohol.
We will soak a cotton ball in the resulting mixture and apply a few drops inside the ear canal.
4. Olive oil
Olive oil is a product with very beneficial properties for our body, in every way.
Ingredients
- 2 or 3 drops of olive oil.
What should you do?
For three or four consecutive days, we should apply two or three drops of olive oil to the affected ear before going to sleep so that it can work all night.
