Remedies For Stomach Pain

Stomach pain is a very common ailment that can vary in intensity, from mild to severe.

On the other hand, it occurs as a result of various factors. Although it is usually attributed to some digestive or food-related problem.

1. Infusion of cinnamon, anise, mint, and basil

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon (15 g).
  • 1 pinch of anise (what can be taken with the fingertips).
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh mint (30 g).
  • 1 tablespoon of basil (15 g).
  • 2 cups of water (500 mL).

Preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients in half a liter of water.
  • Then boil for 10 minutes and let it cool to room temperature.

2. Raw potato juice

The potato is a tuber whose juice helps protect the gastric mucosa. Therefore, we suggest the following remedy:

Ingredients

  • 1 medium red potato (between 150 and 200 g).

Preparation

  • For the preparation of the juice, the potato must be ripe.
  • Wash it well and remove all blackheads. The juice can be obtained using a juicer or by grating the potato on a cheese grater.
  • Place a piece of clean, thin cloth on a plate.
  • Then grate the potato onto the cloth, wrap it up, and squeeze it over a glass.
  • Collect the liquid that falls into the glass.
  • Take 3 tablespoons 3 times a day (half an hour before each meal).

3. Aloe vera and ginger juice

A foolproof recipe to eliminate heartburn, gastritis, and stomach ulcers.

Ingredients

  • 1 aloe vera leaf (250 g).
  • 1 ginger root (approximately 50 g).

Preparation

  • We soaked the aloe vera overnight.
  • Next, we discard the water, peel the aloe vera leaf to obtain the gel.
  • Grate the ginger root and then squeeze it with a clean cloth to extract the juice. Fill about a small cup with this juice.
  • We blend the ginger juice with the aloe vera crystals in a blender.
  • Take one tablespoon 3 times a day, preferably before each meal, and wait about 10 minutes before eating.

Home remedies, made with natural ingredients, are useful for relieving stomach pain, as they are effective.
