Coming home after a stressful day deserves a nice soak in the bath, and why not, a foot bath now and then. However, due to our busy lifestyles, we often don’t have time for that. That’s why we invite you to take a few minutes to pamper yourself with some herbal foot baths.
If your shoes feel too tight all day or you’re too tired to take another step, we recommend a relaxing foot bath. Below, we’ll tell you which herbs are best for getting the rest you deserve.
Although they are one of the most important parts of the body, the truth is that most of us tend to forget about them. However, it’s worth giving them the attention they deserve and pampering them regularly, since they support our entire weight and help us move from one place to another.
The main ailments or problems that occur in this area are poor circulation, swelling, and calluses or corns. But, since it’s an area that’s almost always covered, we don’t give it the necessary attention or take care of its well-being.
Having tired feet after a long day at home is very common. The good news is that foot baths can help reduce this discomfort and leave you feeling better. Discover the best herbs for this purpose.

- First, heat the water without letting it boil and pour it into a large container where you can put both feet in.
