These include turning off your cell phone or leaving it out of the bedroom at least an hour before bedtime, using blue light filters or night mode, maintaining a consistent sleep schedule, and promoting a quiet, dark, and screen-free environment. Relaxing activities such as reading or meditation can also help prepare the body and mind for rest.
