Dark circles, tired feet, blackheads, and others can be eliminated using natural ingredients that you surely have at home.
Environmental pollution and fatigue can have negative effects on the appearance of your skin, and although you are probably exposed to advertisements for different products that offer to solve these problems, the truth is that there is also a way to eliminate these problems naturally. It is just a matter of following the steps and being consistent.
Here we share with you how to eliminate five of the most common skin and body problems:
1. Eliminate blackheads
Pesky blackheads are caused by an excess of dead cells that clog pores. A good way to get rid of them is to make a homemade mask with vinegar, yogurt, and lemon. To prepare it, put 4 tablespoons of yogurt in a container, add 5 drops of lemon juice and 5 drops of vinegar. After mixing everything, apply it to the affected areas and let the mask sit for 30 minutes. Remove it with warm water.
Repeat this process once a week at night.

2. Dark circles
Although there are hundreds of creams and oils to remove dark circles on the market, there are natural options that are also effective in removing dark circles.
One of them is to cut a couple of slices of potato, put them in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, and then place them on your closed eyelids for another 15 minutes. Another simple practice is to dip two cotton balls or makeup remover pads in cold milk and then place them on your eyelids for 10 minutes.

3. Swollen eyelids
Pollution, fatigue, stress, or even a blow are some of the factors that could cause your eyelids to swell. To counteract this problem, there are solutions that you can make with ingredients that are commonly found at home.
One of the most common and effective ways is to place cucumber slices on your eyelids. Ideally, you should leave them to act for 5 to 10 minutes after keeping them in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Chamomile tea and green tea are also effective in getting rid of swollen eyelids. All you need to do is leave two tea bags in the refrigerator for half an hour and then place them on your eyelids for 10 to 15 minutes.

4. Tired feet
Do you come home after work feeling tired and strained? You can solve this uncomfortable feeling by soaking your feet in warm water with lavender. This aromatic herb acts as a mild relaxant to treat stress, as well as having anti-inflammatory properties. Keep your feet submerged until the water temperature changes and dry them thoroughly.

5. Dry hair
Hair masks for dry hair made with natural ingredients are easy and simple to make. If you are consistent, the effect of these will be powerful, and in a short time, you will notice how your hair will be more nourished and hydrated, from the roots to the tips.
To prepare it, mix an egg with olive oil and a teaspoon of mayonnaise. When you have a homogeneous mixture, apply it to dry hair and let it sit for 20 minutes. Then, remove it with plenty of water, shampoo and conditioner. It is recommended to repeat the process once a week.
